About American Martial Arts Center
Our training methods concentrate on functional martial arts. If a technique won't work in competitive arenas or on the
street we won't waste time on them in class.
The curriculum is "performance-based" and is designed for students of all ages and levels of experience to train safely
together in a fun environment towards common goals such as increased self-discipline, greater awareness and mental strength,
enhanced physical health and fitness, and improved self-esteem.
To ensure our students train safe, all our classes are taught on clean,
padded mat flooring.
